The Guam Commission for Educator Certification attends Ethics Training with Senator Guthertz The newly established Guam Commission for Educator Certification staff and members attended an Ethics in Public Service Training facilitated by Senator Dr. Judy Guthertz via the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and Guam State Clearing House, on October 16, 2008. The Guam Commission for Educator Certification, formally of the GPSS Certification Office, is a line agency of the Office of the Governor, established on May 9, 2008. All persons present received a Certificate of Completion.
